Payments
We accept all major credit cards. Bookings are only considered finalized once Iguanas Tours has processed the payment and issued a booking confirmation. Receipt of this confirmation implies acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.
Day Tours (private or group): You may either pay in full upfront or secure your reservation with a 20% deposit. The remaining balance can be paid by credit card three days before the tour or in cash at pickup.
Multi-day tours: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due 30 days before the first service date.
Tips: Our friendly guides and drivers are dedicated to making your experience unforgettable; if you enjoyed your time with us, feel free to show your appreciation. Tipping in Colombia typically ranges from 10% to 15%.
Cancellation & Refund policy
All cancellations must be sent via email to reservas@iguanastours.com.
Refunds can take up to 5 business days to be processed.

Cancellations or Rescheduling by Iguanas Tours
There are times when tours may be canceled or rescheduled due to weather conditions, mechanical issues, or other unexpected circumstances. In such cases, we will make an effort to reach out to you regarding the changes and provide information about the refund or exchange process.
In the event of a tour cancellation by Iguanas Tours, we will provide a full refund or reschedule you on an alternate tour if available.

Luggage limitations
For all transfers, each person is permitted one (1) standard-sized suitcase and one (1) carry-on item. Please inform us in advance if you have additional luggage to avoid unexpected fees.
Pricing
Prices are listed in US dollars, are net (non-commissionable), and include applicable taxes at confirmation.
Excluded from the pricing are:
Flight delays and cancellations
If your flight is canceled or delayed, please notify us promptly so we can adjust your transfer. Additional fees may apply based on the timing of the notice. If we do not receive any notification and you are not present at the meeting point within the specified timeframe, Iguanas Tours reserves the right to cancel your transfer without a refund. However, we will always do our best to locate you at the meeting point.
Other:
Hotel pickup
Our driver/guide will meet clients in the lobby of their hotel or in the specified area designated for pickup by Iguanas Tours. If you are not present at the agreed meeting location when your tour begins, Iguanas Tours reserves the right to cancel your tour without a refund. Nevertheless, we will make every effort to find you at the meeting point.
Airport Meet & Greet
Our driver/guide will meet clients inside the terminal, specifically in the arrivals hall at the designated meet and greet area. He will be holding a sign displaying the full name of the individual as listed on the booking confirmation.
Important:
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Each traveler is responsible for their own entrance documents, including passports and visas, which must be valid for at least six months beyond the return date. Any changes or special requests should be communicated in writing, and please inform us in advance of any specific accommodation needs.
Privacy policy
Iguanas Tours ensures the protection of your personal data in full compliance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013.
Force Majeure
Iguanas Tours holds no liability for events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, acts of war, terrorism, pandemics, or other unforeseen disruptions.
